21/01/2015 Online Forms updated

The Online Forms have been updated to include the new University Hospitals of North Midlands organisation. Both the Royal Stoke University Hospital and the County Hospital (Stafford) have been included in the organisation selection list.

05/12/2013 Updates to the training pages - new dates available

The training pages have been updated to include the new dates available for next year.

20/08/2013 New training dates added

The new training dates for Oct thru Dec have been added to the courses web pages and the booking form.

03/07/2013 Minor changes to the online forms

Where the online forms request users to include their organisation the drop-down box now includes instructions and does not default to the first organisation in the list.

The PDF forms for the book ILL, journal article ILL and membership application have all been updated with the new/updated NHS organisation names.

The online forms have now been updated to include the new/updated NHS organisations that we support. When you are completing a form please make sure that you select the correct organisation that you work for / study with from the options presented.

01/08/2012 Update NHS organisations on online forms

The online forms have been updated to include the new North Staffordshire NHS organisations:

• Clinical commissioning groups
• Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership

Please make sure you select the most relevant NHS organisation that you belong to when you submit one of our online forms.

The online guides and application forms have been updated with the new Keele University and Health Library logos.

There have been changes to the inter-library loan pages to account for application rules for different member types.

Literature Search request online update

The form allowing users to request literature searches online has been updated to include a deadline date for the search.

Update to training pages

The training pages have been updated to include the dates available for the new training programme. This includes the new course Dynamed and other NHS tools.
The online booking form has also been updated.

A new form has been added to allow students on placement with NHS organisations to request an NHS Trust Athens account.

New subject tabs have been added to the Current Awareness Service. These have also been reflectd in the Current Awareness Updates request form.

Users can use the new Current Awareness Updates form to request email updates from the Current Awareness Netvibes subject pages.

A number of online request forms have been updated to ensure that the "your details" sections are consistent across the forms.

09/03/2011 Stock Suggestion Form Update

Users can now request any type of resource using the Stock Suggestion form, including ebook, journals, DVDs and databases.

A link has been added to the list of quick links so that users can go straight to the online form to book a training course.

The Journal Article online request form has been updated to amend the email datails to include a comment regarding whether requester is NHS or Keele in the payment option.
