The layout of the Information Skills section has been updated to allow for the introduction of new etutorials to this section.

11/11/2014 Information for Assignments

The Information for Assignments page now includes links to our etutorials to help you to learn how to find and access our information resources and develop your information skills.

13/11/2013 New etutorial - searching NHS databases using HDAS

You can now try our new etutorial Using HDAS.
This is a quick tutorial that will take you step-by-step through a simple search performed on HDAS - the NHS databases search resource.

03/07/2013 Carousel images

Carousel images have been added to the training and etutorials pages. These promote highlighted courses and etutorials to users.

A new page has been created to help users to find all our relevant training opportunities. The A-Z list includes all our main resources and you can find links to:

There are now 2 new etutorials to help you to get the right username and password to access our eresources:

• Keele Access to eResources - for Keele users; learn how to use your Keele username and password to access eresources off-campus
• NHS Athens Registration - for NHS users; learn how to register for an NHS Athens username and password to access NHS-based eresources

12/10/2012 More Help with Information Skills

The Information Skills eTutorials section has been updated to include a "More Help" section. Here you will find links to external Internet resources that will help you to develop your information skills and support your research activities.

12/10/2012 Overview of the Getting Started eTutorials

You can now watch a slideshow explaining what etutorials are available in the Getting Started section. Learn where you can find out about accessing books, ebooks, journals and databases.

Minor changes have been made to promote the etutorials and new training web pages via the homepage and help page.

02/08/2012 eTutorials to help you

You can now find links to helpful etutorials at relevant spots throughout the Health Library website. Look out for the etutorials box. For example on the journals page, books page and healthcare resources page.

All the etutorials will be updated over the next couple of days. This is to apply some minor changes and bug fixes.

You can now access a new etutorial - using ebooks. Here you can learn how to find ebooks, read ebooks online and the functions available to help you to find the information you need.
